The Interview Process: Upon approval of your application, interview invitations are extended to candidates. Interviews are conducted either online via Zoom by a member of our Recruitment Team or in person at our London location. This phase focuses on evaluating your suitability for the role, emphasising your experience, skills, attitude, motivation, and aspirations. Our primary aim is to understand you better, so your honesty and openness are appreciated. The Final Meeting: In the final meeting, you'll gain a deeper insight into our company. We'll further explore your responses from previous stages, concentrating on your career goals, experience, and motivation. This session provides you with the opportunity to address any lingering questions. Job Offer: If everything progresses positively through each stage, you can expect to receive a job offer in your mailbox shortly.     Congratulations! Upon accepting our offer, our Recruitment team will guide you through the onboarding process. Before your start date, you will be provided additional information and assigned a mentor who will oversee your training and development. Prior to your first day, you'll receive an email introducing you to your team and sharing your onboarding schedule, ensuring you're fully prepared for your initial day. On the first day of onboarding, your morning will commence with a company expectations meeting led by your mentor and team leader. Throughout the morning, you'll meet team members and gain insights into the foundations of our industry. A training and hiring manager will delve into our culture, benefits, development opportunities, and River's values and future plans. Before concluding your first day, a member of our compliance team will assist you in completing all relevant client-specific paperwork.
